A partir de la Declaración Universal de Bioética y Derechos Humanos
(UNESCO, 2005) se ha ratificado la importancia de articular los conceptos de
Ética y Derechos Humanos aplicados a escenarios específicos de
la práctica en Salud. El presente proyecto se inscribe en la continuación
del UBACYT 2008-2010, indaga esa articulación en situaciones actuales
y éticamente controvertidas. En este contexto, el trabajo consiste en
relevamiento empírico con material audiovisual y oras formas de la narrativa
bioética contemporánea para relevar concepciones frente a situaciones
críticas de la práctica contempladas por la Declaración
(Consentimiento, Beneficio y Efectos Nocivos, Confidencialidad, Privacidad,
Discriminación y Estigmatización, Protección de las Generaciones
Futuras, entre otras).

Ethics and human rights: The evaluation of dilemmatic questions in health practice through contemporary bioethical narrative
The Universal Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights was established by
UNESCO in October 2005. It confirms the intimate bond between the notions of
Ethics and Human Rights. This project aims to study that articulation as it
appears on a specific scenario: the new dilemmatic issues of the health practice.
The work consists in interviewing a sample of practitioners and analyzing a
series of audiovisual resources in order to research the conceptions Racing
critical situations of the practice, such as Informed Consent, Confidentiality,
Privacy, Discrimination, Concern for future Generations, among other.
