Los ámbitos institucionales donde se despliegan las prácticas en Salud Mental establecen regulaciones que en ocasiones entran en conflicto con las pautas propias de estas prácticas e, incluso, con los lineamientos básicos de la función profesional. Esta circunstancia genera situaciones dilemáticas respecto de cómo articular el campo normativo institucional con la dimensión clínica que da cuenta de la singularidad de cada caso. Dentro de este marco, el presente proyecto se propone estudiar en particular la práctica del Psicoanálisis en el hospital público, con el objetivo de relevar las cuestiones éticas originadas en el cruce con diversos discursos institucionales, tales como las normativas vigentes, las variables jurídicas que atraviesan la práctica, como así también las regulaciones de promoción de los Derechos Humanos. El proyecto se inscribe en la investigación Dilemas éticos en la práctica psicológica: el diálogo con otros discursos disciplinares en contextos institucionales diversos. Estudio exploratorio descriptivo a partir de una investigación cuali-cuantitativa. (UBACyT 2012-2015; Directora: Prof. Gabriela Z. Salomone) y a través de un diseño exploratorio descriptivo se propone la identificación y sistematización de las cuestiones éticas más relevantes y su análisis desde el corpus teórico de la Ética profesional y del Psicoanálisis.

ETHICAL ISSUES IN MENTAL HEALTH PUBLIC PRACTICE: THE PECULIARITIES OF PSYCHOANALYTIC PRACTICE FACING INSTITUCIONAL DISCOURSES. CONVERGENCES AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN INSTITUTIONAL RULES AND THE CLINICAL DIMENSION. DESCRIPTIVE EXPLORATORY STUDY.

The institutional contexts in which Mental Health practices take place establish their own normative systems that sometimes conflicts with the rules of professional conduct and even with the basis of the professional function. This circumstance generates dilemmatic situations as regards how to articulate the institutional normative field with the clinical dimension referred to the singularity of each case. Within this framework, this project aims at studying the practice of Psychoanalysis at the general public hospital in order to identify the ethical questions that arise in the encounter with various institutional discourses, as for example the current normative systems, the legal variables, as well as the regulations for the promotion of Human Rights. As a part of the ongoing investigation Ethical dilemmas in psychological practice: the dialogue with other disciplinary discourses in varied institutional contexts.
