Resumen:

La violencia y el acoso en el ámbito de trabajo son emergentes de condiciones de riesgo laboral que forman parte delambiente facilitador de su emergencia. La necesidad de modelos comprensivo-explicativos implica por una parte darcuenta de las asunciones básicas que admiten el aumento del riesgo psicosocial y nos conducen a estudiar la culturade una organización y sus procesos de justicia. Por otra parte, el contexto socioeconómico puede impulsar cambiosregulatorios que afectarán los sistemas y condiciones de contratación y también las expectativas y promesas en tornoal trabajo que la psicología ha denominado: contrato psicológico. Continuando con la orientación a producir desarrollosteóricos ampliados sobre los procesos actuales, esta investigación se propone explorar las relaciones entre los cambiosregulatorios del contexto, su impacto en la cultura organizacional y en los factores psicosociales del trabajo vinculando los mismos a transformaciones en los contratos psicológicos así como al aumento de situaciones de violencia yacoso laboral.Se contempla también el impacto sobre la salud e integridad psicofísica en grupos y trabajadores,los comportamientos defensivos, las formas de afrontamiento, las transformaciones del autoconcepto y lasintomatología derivada.Se trata de una investigación a través de mezcla de métodos, que incluye la participación delos trabajadores en las distintas etapas. A partir de esta colaboración se proponen estrategias de intervención quearticulen prácticas preventivas y resolutivas orientadas al incremento de la salud de colectivos e individuos en ámbitosde trabajo.

TOWARDS A CONTEXTUAL EXPLANATORY MODEL OF PSYCHOSOCIAL RISKS AND MOBBING: TRANSFORMATIONSIN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT IN CONTEXTS OF REFORM

violence and mobbing in the workplace emerge from occupational risk conditions that are part of the environment thatfacilitates their emergence. the need for comprehensive-explanatory models implies, on one hand, to account for thebasic assumptions that support the increase of psychosocial risks and lead us to study the culture of an organizationand its justice processes. on the other hand, the socioeconomic context can promote regulatory changes that willaffect the contracting systems and conditions and also the expectations and promises about the work that psychologyhas called: psychological contract. continuing with the orientation to produce extended theoretical developments onthe current processes, this research intends to explore the relations between the regulatory changes of the context,their impact on the organizational culture and on the psychosocial work factors, linking them to transformations inthe psychological contracts as well as to the increase of situations of violence and mobbing. it also contemplates theimpact on health and psychophysical integrity in groups and workers, the defensive behaviors, the forms of coping, thetransformations of self concept and the derived symptomatology. it is a research through mixture of methods, whichincludes the participation of the workers in the different stages. based on this collaboration, intervention strategiesthat articulate preventive and resolutive practices aimed at increasing the health of groups and individuals in workenvironments are proposed.

Text comprehension is a complex cognitive process, and involves the construction of a coherent mental representation of the text. A crucial component of this process is the ability to generate inferences. The aim of this project is to study the cognitive processes, such as working memory, previous knowledge and sustained attention, involved in the generation of inferences in 3- to 6-years old children. A hundred and twenty 3- to 6-years old children will participate on the study. Two stories will be read to each child and a questionnaire of inferences will be presented after the text. Also, the Digit span task of the Kaufman Assessment Battery for children along with Animal House and Vocabulary of the Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale or Intelligence will be administered to asses working memory, previous knowledge and sustained attention, respectively. Increasing inference generation along with the age are expected to be found, as well as predictive effects of working memory, previous knowledge and sustained attention capacity on inference generation.
