Configuraciones Vinculares Fantasmáticas en dos Empresas Recuperadas por Trabajadoras y Trabajadores

RESUMEN

Este artículo expone resultados obtenidos en una investigación en ejecución que aborda procesos psicosociales, psicopolíticos y psicoculturales que se despliegan durante la recuperación de la fuente de trabajo por parte de sus trabajadoras y trabajadores. Se presentan algunos aspectos comparativos referidos a la serie histórica de transformaciones operadas en el imaginario organizacional de dos empresas gráficas recuperadas en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Se focaliza en los efectos que el particular contexto histórico cambiante produce en la subjetividad de los trabajadores y trabajadoras, en las relaciones entre ellos, en la forma de organización de la unidad productiva y en los vínculos con el medio social, cultural y político más amplio. Estos fenómenos son analizados desde una perspectiva psicosocial histórica y psicoanalítica que contempla igualmente las ambivalencias inherentes al fenómeno estudiado. de ahí que sea posible reconocer líneas de continuidad y de ruptura con la anterior organización.

ABSTRACT

Phantasmal Vinculums Configurations in two Enterprises Recovered by Their Workers

This article will expose the results of a research, which is still in process, focusing in the psycho political and psycho cultural processes occurred during the recovery of the source of work by their workers. Some comparative aspects referred to the historical series of transformations in the organizational imaginary of two graphic enterprises recovered in the city of Buenos Aires are presented. We are focusing in the effects that the particular and changing historic context produce in the workers subjectivity as well as in their relationship, in the organization of the work unit and, in a most wide range, in the bonds with the social, cultural and political medium. This phenomena is analyzed from a historical psychosocial and psychoanalytic perspective which also includes the ambivalences of the studied phenomena. That is why it is possible to recognize some aspects of continuity and some of rupture regarding the former organization.
