La evolución del Perfil Docente en un Dispositivo de Autoformación

RESUMEN

La autoformación requiere la evolución del perfil docente a un rol de acompañante. El desplazamiento que ello implica y el abandono de roles ya establecidos generan resistencias tanto en el docente como en el alumno. El propósito de este artículo es relevar algunas de las características más salientes de este perfil en el marco de un aprendizaje autónomo en tanto su evolución constituye uno de los aspectos esenciales en el proceso de enseñanza y de aprendizaje que posibilita el desarrollo de la autonomía en el alumno. Por otra parte, se intentará dar cuenta, desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica, de la relación con el saber como una de las variables intervinientes en el proceso de cambio y que dificultan la evolución hacia un rol de acompañante.

ABSTRACT

The evolution of the Teaching Profile in a Device of Autoformation

The autoformation requires the evolution of the teacher profile to a role of companion. The movement that it implies and the abandonment of roles already established generate resistances both in the teacher and in the student. The purpose of this article is to asses some of the outstanding features of this profile in the framework of an autonomous learning since its evolution constitutes one of the essential aspects in the process of teaching and learning that enable the development of the autonomy in the student. On the other hand, an attempt will be made to give an account, from a psychoanalytical perspective, of the relation with the knowledge as one of the variables involved in the process of change that complicate the evolution towards the role of companion.
