RESUMEN

El Z Test (Zulliger, 1942) surgió como respuesta a la necesidad de contar con un instrumento que permitiera examinar simultáneamente a grandes grupos. Fue creado como test colectivo en diapositivas y posteriormente se convirtió en test de láminas (1954).

Dada la validez y confiabilidad de sus resultados y la ventaja de demandar menor tiempo de administración que otras técnicas, es utilizado en diversos ámbitos del quehacer psicológico. En nuestro país se lo utiliza con frecuencia en el área de evaluación y selección de personal.

El objetivo del presente trabajo es presentar los datos normativos para los determinantes en el Z Test, en una muestra de sujetos de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires y sus alrededores, en situación de selección de personal.

La muestra, de carácter intencional, está compuesta por 157 sujetos de ambos géneros, con edades comprendidas entre los 20 y 30 años, con estudios secundarios o superiores.

ABSTRACT

The Zulliger Test: normative information about determinants in a simple of young people between 20 and 30 years old residing in the autonomous city of Buenos Aires and its surroundings areas.

The Z Test (Zulliger, 1942) arose in response to the need for an instrument to examine large groups simultaneously. It was created as a group test on slides and later it changed to a test on cards (1954).

Given the validity and reliability of its results and the advantage of demanding less administration time than other techniques, it is used in various psychological fields. In our country it is frequently used in areas of evaluation and personnel recruitment.

The purpose of this work is to present the normative information about determinants in The Z Test, in a simple of subjects residing in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and its surroundings areas, and applied to a personnel recruitment situation.

The sample, by intention, is composed of 157 subjects of both genders, between 20 to 30 years old, with secondary education or higher. They were tested following the guidelines of the Argentine School.
