Algunas observaciones para evaluar las funciones yoicas de realidad con la aplicación de una técnica gráfica.

RESUMEN

Las Funciones Yoicas de Realidad: Prueba, Juicio y Adaptación, se consideran relevantes para el diagnóstico diferencial y para discriminar patología.

El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un análisis de indicadores gráficos en el Test Persona Bajo la Lluvia (PBLL) que posibiliten comprobar si PBLL puede ser una herramienta útil para evaluar las Funciones Yoicas. Su consigna propone dibujar una persona bajo la lluvia para evaluar mediante lo graficado la reacción emocional frente a una situación de crisis.

Los instrumentos que se utilizan son: la Escala de Evaluación de las Funciones Yoicas de Realidad (EFYR) en el Psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach y el test Persona Bajo la Lluvia.

La muestra está compuesta por 45 casos de sujetos entre 15 y 57 años.

El análisis de los indicadores permite hipotetizar que el test Persona Bajo la Lluvia puede ser un instrumento sensible para evaluar estas funciones.

ABSTRACT

Some observations to assess the ego functions of reality with the implementation of a graphical test.

The ego functions of reality: Judgment, Adaptation and Reality, are relevant for the differential diagnosis and pathology distinction.

The aim of this work is to make a approach to the análisis of the graphic indicators in the Draw a Person in the Rain Test (D.A.P.R) which would allow the specialist to assess The ego functions of reality (Test, Adaptation and Judgment), and check whether D.A.P.R. can be a useful tool for the differential diagnosis. The instruments used in this work are: The Scale for the Assessment of Reality Testing of the Rorschach Test and PBLL Test. The sample consists of about 45 participants between 15 and 57 years old, all residing in the City of Buenos Aires and Great Buenos Aires. There were two groups formed according to their ego function variabilities and their score in the Scale for the Assessment of Reality Testing. The analysis of the indicators allows the specialist to hypothesize that the D.A.P.R. test can be a useful tool for the analysis of these functions.
