Formatos de reparto y asignación de objetos en niños preoperatorios.

RESUMEN

En el marco del proyecto UBACyT “Psicogénesis de Competencias Jurídicas: Análisis de Experiencias de Pedidos, Préstamos e Intercambios de Objetos entre Niños Pequeños”, dirigido por la Dra. Roxana Ynoub, se presentan los resultados del relevamiento de los formatos en que reparten y asignan objetos los niños preoperatorios. El material surgió de observaciones no participantes en el entorno escolar habitual de los sujetos.
El objetivo es describir los formatos típicos, tratando de analizar qué factores permitirían tanto una sistematización del material obtenido como la estructuración de futuros relevamientos de datos, más focalizados.
Las hipótesis de la investigación se encuadran en el supuesto de que la comprensión de dicho desarrollo debe hacerse vinculada a los contextos socializadores. El concepto mismo de “experiencia jurídica infantil” -con el que Samaja (1998) ha definido este objeto de estudio, contiene inherentemente la referencia a dichos contextos.

ABSTRACT

Distribution and assignment of objects in preoperative children

This work is part of UBACyT project “Psychogenesis of Legal Skills: Analysis of Experiences of Orders, Loans and Exchanges Objects between Young Children”. The aim is to share results of the survey of formats which distribute and allocate objects preoperative children present. The material came from non participating observations in the regular school environment.
Typical formats are described, trying to analyze factors allow both a systematization of the material obtained as the structuring of future data surveys, more focused.
The research hypotheses are framed on the assumption that an understanding of such development must be linked to the socializing contexts. The concept of “child legal experience” (Samaja 1998) inherently contains the reference to such contexts.
