Abstract:
This work proposes that at present, life in the cities links itself to the segregation, to the absence of social protection, to the crisis of the family and to the limitations of the space of free game. The lack of education, the hours opposite to the television, the consumption of drugs and the practices of "decoration" of the body shape the daily subjacent, on which there is constituted the subjectivity of children and teenagers. The antisocial trend involves a search of aspects of the environment, deficit initially, that originated confidence lack as basic characteristic, in the child deprived.
During the passage of the childhood to the adolescence there develops a process of construction of identity, of appropriation of the subjective space and of independence of the family. The failures generate effects of lack of subjectivity, which provoke violent acts or passive conducts.
The State must establish levels of responsibility and be located first. The educational system must interfere more in the infantile present problems. Who wonders what a child searches when he runs away from his home or school? The emptiness in the symbolic infantile universe, reduce possibilities of acquisition of responsibility with the serious consequences that this carries.
