No obstante,
Abstract
The main objective of this article is to analize the articulation between the academic psychology knowledge, and several practices based on that knowledge, starting from the publications of the first Society of Psychology of Buenos Aires, between 1908 and 1913. It shows that there was a shared awareness about the posición of psychology as an autonomous scientific discipline. It is argued, as well, that the practice of that knowledge did not involve the elaboration of an autonomous applied field proyect nor an specific occupacional field. The applied aspects of psychology developed in others fields already established, as the educational and the psychiatric-criminologic. However, it is argued that the figure of specialists on this applied knowledge was discursively formed. To avoide stablishing premature continuities with subsequent developments of psychology, the interpretative cathegories used in the analysis of the articulations between the academic knowledge and the multiple practices are discussed.
