Resumen en inglés:
ANALYSIS OF THE PRACTICE OF LEGAL PSYCHOLOGY AND ITS RELATION WITH CRIMES AGAINST SEXUAL INTEGRITY (LAW 25087/99) AND SEXUAL RIGHTS. INSTITUTIONAL-ORGANIZATIONAL, SYMBOLIC-IMAGINARY AND HISTORICAL-GENEALOGICAL DIMENSIONS.
This project, related to the analysis of the practice of Legal Psychology, constitutes a continuation of the work conducted in the UBACyT P001 2004-2007(1). This time we will develop a line of investigation that proposes an intersection between the Legal and Psychologic speeches in reference to crimes against sexual integrity (Law 25087/99) and sexual rights. Thus prompting an inter-discursive encounter that is permeable between the knowledge which constitutes the social imaginary field and the one which is veiledly expressed in practices, but appears outsighted as a result of anathemisation. This epistemologic position materializes in the composition of our investigating team, hence including investigators from the field of Legal Psychology, as well as from other branches of psychology -Institutional, Public Health- and of other disciplines -Philosophy, Arts, Literature- as the expression or voice of a social-historical-political-cultural context. This investigation responds to the qualitative paradigm, which implies the inclusion and comprehension of social processes through an emic perspective. We will work with primary and secondary sources that, triangulated with the analysis of the multiple implications (Lourau, 1994) at stake, will render in the construction of the following dimensions of our study object: institutional-organizational, symbolic-imaginary and historical-genealogical. Our proposal for the analysis of the resulting data will respond to the hermeneutic-dialectic method. (Souza Minayo, 1992; 2004).
