Resumen:

Se propone un estudio empírico descriptivo de los problemas comportamentales y emocionales de una poblacióninfantil escolarizada del conurbano bonaerense desde la perspectiva epidemiológica, y la construcción de un perfilpsicopatológico desde la perspectiva psicoanalítica.Se compone de dos estudios independientes pero relacionadosque se complementan. En el estudio 1 se efectuará un relevamiento desde la perspectiva epidemiológica de losproblemas comportamentales y emocionales de niños y niñas escolarizados entre 6 y 11 años de edad y de lascaracterísticas sociodemográficas de la población, comparando población general con población clínica consultantea un servicio universitario de salud mental para niños. Se intentará identificar los posibles condicionantes de lasvariables sociodemográficas en los problemas de psicopatología infanto-juvenil. Se utilizará: 1) Child BehaviourCheck.list, versión para padres y 2) Encuesta sobre datos sociodemográficos para la investigación epidemiológica. Se intentará identificar los posibles condicionantes de las variables sociodemográficas en los problemas de psicopatologíainfanto-juvenil, diferenciando por género.En el estudio 2 se construirá un perfil psicopatológico desde la perspectivapsicoanalítica de la población clínica, tendente a establecer indicadores predictivos de patología en salud mentalinfantil, a partir del estudio de material de sesiones de psicoterapia psicoanalítica de niños y niñas entre 6 y 11 años. Seanalizarán las producciones lúdicas, gráficas y verbales de los niños y los modos de relación con el psicoterapeuta ycon los pares en el contexto de la psicoterapia psicoanalítica de grupo. Se cuenta con el consentimiento informado a losfines de la investigación, firmado por los adultos responsables y con el asentimiento de los niños. Para este estudio seutilizará el método MAPPP-N/P construido por el equipo de investigadores para el estudio de sesiones de psicoterapiaque contempla la asistencia del software Atlas.ti para el análisis cuali-cuantitativo de los datos. Los resultados delEstudio 2 permitirán establecer relaciones entre la frecuencia de ciertos códigos correspondientes a las produccionesy el tipo de relación de los niños con algunos síndromes y rasgos psicopatológicos, diferenciando por género.Losresultados del estudio 1 y del estudio 2 se revertirán en intervenciones comunitarias en la población general, tendentes ala prevención de patología psíquica en la niñez

STUDY ON BEHAVIORAL AND EMOTIONAL DISORDERS IN CHILD POPULATION WHO LIVE IN THE GREATER BUENOS AIRES AREA FROM ANEPIDEMIOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE AND CONSTRUCTION OF A PSYCHOPATHOLOGICAL AND SOCIODEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE, DIFERENTIATING BYGENDER

We propose a descriptive empirical study of the behavioral and emotional disorders in the schooled childpopulation who live in the Greater Buenos Aires area from an epidemiological perspective and the construction of apsychopathological profile from a psychoanalytic perspective. It includes two separate studies but strongly relatedthat complement each other. Study 1 will include a survey from the epidemiological perspective of the behavioral andemotional disorders of schooled children between 6 and 11 years old and of the socio-demographic characteristics ofthe population, comparing the general population with the clinical population that turns to a university mental healthservice for children. We will try to identify the potential conditioning factors of the socio-demographic variables in infant-juvenile psychopathological disorders. We will use: 1) Child Behavior Check.list, version for parents, and 2) Survey aboutsocio-demographic data for epidemiological research. We will try to identify the potential conditioning factors of thesocio-demographic variables in infant-juvenile psychopathological disorders, differentiating by gender.In Study 2 we?ll build a psychopathological profile from a psychoanalytical perspective of the clinical population, in order to establishpathology predictive indicators in childhood mental health, based on the study of clinical material from psychoanalyticalpsychotherapy sessions of children from 6 to 11 years old. We will analyze the ludic, graphic and oral productions of theboys and girls and the modes of relationship with the psychotherapist and with their pairs in the context of the grouppsychoanalytical psychotherapy. We have the specific informed consent for the research, signed by the responsibleadults, and the favorable opinion of the children. For this study we? ll use the MAPPP-N/P, method created by theresearchers? team for the study of psychotherapy sessions, which includes the assistance of the Atlas.ti software for thedata qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of Study 2 will enable the identification of relationships betweenthe frequency of certain codes associated with the productions and the type of relationship of children with certainsyndromes and psychopathological traits, differentiating by gender. The results of Study 1 and Study 2 will be reversedin community interventions in the general population, in order to prevent the psychic pathology in childhood.
