Resumen:
El objeto de la indagación es la construcción y desarrollo de conocimiento, competencia e identidad de Estudiantes, Egresados y Docentes de Psicología de UBA, en comunidades de práctica de aprendizaje expansivo y su comparación con similares procesos en otros universidades - UnLu, UNLP, UNAM, UPN Méjico -. Se analizará su apropiación participativa de herramientas y estrategias y su impacto social en educación, salud y desarrollo social,enfrentando desafíos de inclusión, lazo social y convivencia. Se realizarán análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos de modelos mentales situacionales de nuevas cohortes de Prácticas Profesionales Supervisadas y Proyectos de Extensión y de Investigación. Giros cognitivos y actitudinales, entre inicio y cierre de intervenciones y efectos en actores escolares, y participantes en instituciones de salud. Se articulan categorías de Enfoque Socio-Cultural (Rogoff, Wertsch) y Teoría Histórico-Cultural de la Actividad (Engeström, Daniels), perspectiva contextualista del cambio cognitivo (Rodrigo), teorías psico-sociales de identidades, y "giro a Spinoza" en Vygotsky, - pereshivanie -, e implicancia para la ética dialógica y crítica. Se profundizará la re-mediatización de memoria secundaria con testimonios, narrativas y "legajos colectivos"y giro relacional en la experticia (Edwards). Se espera que la investigación contribuya a la producción de herramientas y estrategias en tramas de inclusión y calidad en organizaciones en las que trabajan psicólogos con otros agentes profesionales.

Resumen del proyecto (inglés):
The object of research is the construction and development of knowledge, competence and identity of students, graduates and teachers of Psychology of UBA, in communities of practice of expansive learning comparing them with similar processes in other universities : UnLu, UNLP, UNAM, UPN Méjico -. The analysis of their participative appropriation of tools and strategies and their effect in education, health and social development, boarding challenges of inclusion, social link and living together. Qualitative and quantitative analysis will be displayed of situationalmental models of new groups of Supervised Professional Practices and Extension and Research Projects. Cognitive and attitudes shifts before- and- after interventions and their effects in school actors and on participants in health institutions. Categories of Socio-Cultural Focus and Cultural-Historic-Activity Theory, contextualist view of cognitive change, psycho-social theories of identities, and the "shift to Spinoza" in Vygotsky - pereshivanie - with implication for dialogic and critic Ethics. Re-mediation of social memory, collective "legajos", biographies, narrations and the relational shift in expertise (Edwards). It is expected the research contribution to produce tools and strategies for interwoven links of inclusion and quality in organizations where psychologysts work with other professional agents.
