División y sujeción del hablante. Prolegómenos para una metateoría psicoanalítica
Division and subjection of the speaker. Prolegomena for a psychoanalytic metatheory

RESUMEN
El hablante está dividido entre un contexto empírico -constante, tautológico-, y uno abstracto -variable, indefinido- fundado, en el inconsciente -opuesto a lo empírico por inaugurar la negación y la contradicción-, y en el lenguaje, que artificialmente las suspende. Esta divergencia contextual constituye a los significantes, entre los que el sujeto estaría dividido.
Contrario al sujeto lacaniano, lo entendemos como una función de sujeción y traducción; aun coincidiendo que se origina en la béance, rechazamos concebirlo dividido dada su condición de función, imprescindible para el hablante, inerme ante la real división, que es la asintótica entre constante y variables; el sujeto ocluye el hiato aglomerando lo trivial del inconsciente con lo hipotético del lenguaje en reposición meramente abstracta de la continuidad empírica, su punto de sujeción.
Para ello releemos la propuesta lacaniana del sujeto y del significante ayudados por la lógica clásica, para gestar una metateoría ausente de especulaciones.

SUMMARY
The speaker is divided into an empirical context – constant, tautological – and an abstract one – variable, indefinite – established in the unconscious, which opposes the empirical by initiating negation and contradiction – and in language, which suspends them artificially. This contextual divergence embodies the signifier, among which the subject is, allegedly, divided.
Contrary to the Lacanian subject, we understand her function as that to hold together and translate.
Even though we agree on her origin in the béance, we reject to conceive her as divided given its functionality, essential for the speaker, and vulnerable to the real segmentation: the asymptotic between constants and variables. The subject occludes the hiatus, combining the triviality of the unconscious with the hypothetical nature of language in a merely abstract replacement of the empirical continuity, his attachment point.
With this aim, we revised the Lacanian proposal about the subject and the signifier with the aid of classical logic to develop a speculation-free metatheory.
