Este trabajo tiene por objeto relevar el Instituto de Psicología Experimental y la Escuela de Psicología Correctiva, considerados como un intento de sistematizar la formación específica en Psicología Correctiva transmitida en el "Curso de Perfeccionamiento docente" (también llamado "Curso de Perfeccionamiento para la Enseñanza de los Anormales"). Este curso, dictado por el Prof. L. Morzone entre 1926 y 1930, en el Consejo Nacional de Educación, estuvo dirigido a maestros y de él se cuentan 85 egresados. Así, este curso constituiría el antecedente de la creación del Instituto.
La investigación se propondrá analizar la publicación sistemática de las conferencias que configuran este curso en "El Monitor de la Educación Común", órgano oficial del Consejo Nacional de Educación. Asimismo, considerará, en los fundamentos de la creación del Instituto, la importancia de esta formación para el abordaje integral del educando y para establecer la distinción entre niño “normal” y “débil”.
El trabajo encarará el estudio de la concepción de sujeto implícita y el rol de la psicología en el discurso educativo y la relación de lo antedicho con el proyecto político del período de referencia.

Studies on corrective psychology in the National Council of Education (1920-1930)

This work's aims to study the Institute of Experimental Psychology and de The Corrective School, considered as an attempt to systematize the specific knowledge about Corrective Psychology taught in the "Improvement Course for Teachers" (called "Improvement Course to Anormal Teaching" too). This course, dictated by the Prof. Luis Morzone beetwen 1926 and 1930 in the National Council of Edcuation, was addressed to teachers and had 85 graduates. Thus, this course would constitute the precedent of the Institute's foundation.
This research attempt to analize the sistematic publication of the lecture wych shape this course in the Common Education Monitor", official organ of the National Council of Education. Besides, the research will consider the importance of these studies in the bases of this Institute's foundation, for the integral aproach to learners and the distinction beetwen "normal" and "week" child.
This work will study the implicit conception of the subject and role of psychology in the educational speech and the relation beetwen this and the political project of that period.
