Resumen:
Hospital Materno Infantíl “Ana Goitía” de Avellaneda, Pcia. de Bs. As.
El presente proyecto tiene por
objetivo detectar los factores psicosociales que intervienen
en las amenazas de partos prematuros, bebés de bajo
peso, muertes fetales, y descompensaciones posnatales. –Nuestra
investigación se propone:
1) Construír y validar un instrumento simple y fiable
destinado a despistar los factores específicos de
riesgo psicosocial que aparecen durante el embarazo, o poder
hacer el diagnóstico precóz desde su aparición
en el curso del posparto.-
2) Munír a los profesionales de la salud perinatal
de este instrumento.-
3) Implementar estrategias de intervención frente
a estas situaciones críticas.-
Consideramos que las situaciones
críticas de nacimiento intervienen negativamente
en el establecimiento del apego entre la madre y el bebé,
en la dinámica familiar, y en el futuro desarrollo
del niño.
Hasta el momento, hemos observado variables psicosociales
asociadas a estos momentos; la sistematización de
270 historias clínicas, y su comparación con
un grupo control nos premite organizar una lista tentativa
de temas preocupantes para la madre y/o su familia que pudieron
haber incidido en las dificultades del nacimiento.-

Construction of a Psychosocial Risk´S Factors Detection´S Instrument
The present project has the
object of detect the psychosocial factors that intervene
in the threats of premature childbirths, under weight babies
of fetal deaths, and posnatal decompensations -Our research
purpose is:
1) To build and validate a simple and reliable instrument
dedicated to mislead the specific factors of risk psychosocial
that appear during the pregnancy, or to be able to make
the advanced diagnostic from their appearance in the postpartus
course
2) Give to the perinatal health professionals this instrument.
3) To implement intervention strategies in front of these
critical situations.
We consider that the critical
situations from birth intervene negatively in the establishment
of the attachment between the mother and the baby, in the
family dynamics, and in the boy's future development.
Until the moment, we have observed variable psychosocial
associated to these moments; the systematizing of 270 clinical
histories, and their comparison with a group control permit
us to organize an attemp list of worried topics for the
mother and/or their family that could have impacted in the
difficulties of the birth.
