TP49. Reorientación Profesional a Docentes en Licencia Psiquiatrica con Inclusión de la Historia Vital Laboral. Evaluación de su Impacto en la Reducción del Sufrimiento Psíquico.

El proyecto se propone evaluar el impacto de una nueva prestación de Reorientación Profesional, a docentes con licencia psiquiátrica, en la reducción del malestar psíquico. La prestación se centra en procesos de resignificación de la carrera profesional, mediante el uso del instrumento Historia Vital Laboral (Sauaya 89,97); se brinda en el Servicio de Psicología Aplicada y Orientación Profesional del Hospital Borda desde abril de 1997. Se evaluarán los resultados del estudio piloto realizado sobre tres grupos de beneficiarios. Se entrenará personal para implementar la prestación (RHVL) a seis grupos, de ocho miembros, con ocho sesiones de frecuencia semanal, por trimestre.

Se obtendrán medidas de personalidad (Eysenck, EPI), estrés (Esteve, NEP), estilo de afrontamiento (Lazarus y Folkman) y autoestima, pre y post proceso de RHVL.

Se realizará seguimiento semestral, anual y a dos años, en NEP, afrontamiento, autoestima, satisfacción profesional, reestructuración cognitiva, eficacia profesional, salud (número de licencias, susentismo, consultas médicas, jubilación por invalidez, enfermedades declaradas, consultas psiquiátricas) y bienestar subjetivo.

El malestar docente es puesto en relación con la motivación vocacional, la expectativa y sentido de finalización de la carrera y proyecto de vida, desde una perspectiva transdisciplinaria y aplicada, orientada a señalar factores de riesgo y modalidades de prevención y promoción en salud mental.

The object of the present project is to evaluate the impact of a new professional re-guidance service (RHVL) destined to teachers having a psychiatric leave of absence, in order to reduce the psychical malaise. The service is centered in the process of revaluation of the professional career through the use of an instrument known as "Laboral Vital History" (Sauaya '89,'97); it is being rendered at Applied Psychology and Professional Guidance Service at the Borda Hospital, as from april 1997. The results of the test studies applied to three groups, previously benefited, will be evaluated. Staff will be trained to apply this service (RHVL) to six groups of eight members each, with a weekly session, which will totalize eight sessions in the course of three months.

Evaluations will be made as regards personality (Eysenk, EPI), stress (Esteve, NEP), coping style (Lazarus and Folkman), and self-esteem, before and after the RHVL process. The cases will be followed for a period of two years during the course of which interviews will be held with the clients on three occasions: at the end of the first semester, at the end of the year and, finally, at the end of two years. The purpose will be to check results concerning NEP, coping styles, self esteem, satisfaction with the professional role, cognitive reconstruction, professional efficiency, health (numbers of leaves of absence, absentecism, medical consultations, retirement due to invalidity, real diseases, psychiatric consultations), and subjective welfare.

The psychical malaise affecting the teachers has to do with their expectations as regards their professional career and project of life. The studies are made from a transdisciplinary and applied approach, intending to point out the factors of risk and the modalities for the prevention and promotion of mental health.
