Apropiación Participativa y Construcción de Sentidos en Prácticas de Intervención para la Inclusión, la Calidad y el Lazo Social: Intercambio y Desarrollo de Herramientas, Saberes y Experiencias entre Psicólogos y Otros Agentes.

Resumen:
El objeto de la indagación es la construcción y el desarrollo de conocimiento, competencia e identidad profesional en comunidades de práctica, de Estudiantes, Egresados y Docentes de Licenciatura y Profesorado en Psicología de Universidad de Buenos Aires. Se estudiará su apropiación participativa de sentidos, herramientas y estrategias en prácticas de intervención, a través del aprendizaje expansivo, en áreas de educación, salud y desarrollo social, que abordan demandas y desafíos de inclusión, calidad, lazo social y convivencia ciudadana. Se han indagado modelos mentales situacionales para análisis y resolución de problemas, que construyen Psicólogos en formación, guiados por Tutores, en sistemas de actividad de Prácticas Profesionales Supervisadas y Proyectos de Extensión y de Investigación. Se realizará el análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de los giros y cambios cognitivos y actitudinales, en diferentes agentes profesionales y actores sociales, antes y después de las intervenciones construídas inter-agencialmente en diferentes escenarios. Se analizará conjuntamente los efectos de las prácticas co-construídas con docentes, directivos, equipos de orientación escolar, padres y alumnos en instituciones educativas, y con usuarios y participantes en instituciones de salud, desarrollo social y espacios comunitarios. Se articulan categorías del Enfoque Socio-Cultural (Rogoff, Wertsch) y de la Teoría Histórico-Cultural de la Actividad (Engeström, Daniels, Edwards), con la perspectiva contextualista del cambio cognitivo (Rodrigo) y con teorías socio-culturales y psico-sociales sobre la construcción de la identidad. Se indagará la conformación de comunidades de práctica, a través de estructuras inter-agenciales, re-mediatización de la memoria secundaria mediante testimonio e historización, escritura narrativa para la reflexión colectiva en prácticas alternativas, implicación recíproca, interdisciplina, y giro contextualista y relacional en la concepción de la experticia. Se espera que la investigación contribuya a la producción de herramientas y estrategias innovadoras, desarrollando tramas de inclusión y calidad en organizaciones en las que trabajan psicólogos y otros agentes profesionales.

PARTICIPATIVE APPROPRIATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF MEANINGS IN PRACTICES OF INTERVENTION FOR INCLUSION, QUALITY AND SOCIAL LINK: EXCHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT OF TOOLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCES BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGISTS AND OTHER AGENTS.
The aim of the research is the construction and development of knowledge, competence and professional identity, in communities of practice, by Students, Graduates and Teachers of the Courses of Psychology and Psychology Teaching in Buenos Aires University. It will be studied their participative appropriation of meanings, tools and strategies through expansive learning, in Intervention practices in Education, Health and Social Development, that face demands and challenges of inclusion, quality, social link, citizenship and living together. Situational mental models for analyzing and solving problems that Psychologists in modeling built guided by Tutors, were studied in activity systems of Professional Practices and Extension and Research Projects. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of cognitive and attitudinal shifts and changes will be developed in different professional agents and social actors, before and after the interventions built in an inter-agency weft at different stages. The practices jointly built with teachers, masters, teams of school assessment, parents and pupils in educational institutions, and with users and participants in health and social development organizations and community spaces, will be analysed. Categories of Socio-Cultural approach (Rogoff, Wertsch) and Cultural-Historic-Activity-Theory (Engeström, Daniels, Edwards, Yamazumi) are linked with contextualist perspective of cognitive change (Rodrigo, Cole) and with socio-cultural and psycho-social theories of the construction of identity. It will be inquired the configuration of communities of practice, through inter-agency structures, the re-mediation of secondary memory through witnesses and history, the narrative writing for collective reflection in alternative practices, the reciprocal implication, and the contextualist and relational twist in expertise conception. It is expected that the research will contribute to the production of innovative tools and strategies, developing wefts of inclusion and quality in social organizations in which psychologists and other professional agents work.
