Resumen:

El Presente Proyecto Tiene Como Objeto Evaluar El Impacto En El Psiquismo De Los Accidentes Y Enfermedades Laborales Producto Del Hecho O En Ocasión Del Trabajo. Es De Resaltar Que Se Trabajara A Partir De La Intervención Psicológico Pericial Y Se Evaluaran Los Síntomas Resultantes Del Hecho Vivenciado Y Llegar A La Conclusión De Si Hubo Conformación Patológica, La Relación Entre Ella Y El Hecho Al Que Se Le Atribuye Y Por Lo Tanto, Si Hay O No Daño Psíquico.En Materia De Daños Derivados De Accidentes Laborales El Perito Psicólogo Se Encuentran Frente A La Dificultad De Estimar Y Cuantificar Adecuadamente El Daño, Pues Con Excepción De Las Prestaciones De La Ley 24.557, El Ordenamiento No Provee Expresamente Los Parámetros Necesarios Para Fijar El Resarcimiento Qua A Nivel Del Psiquismo El Hecho Dañoso Puede Ocasionar, Por Lo Que La Cuantificación Resulta Compleja. Es Por Ello Que Nos Proponemos Indagar Y Enunciar Las Técnicas De Exploración Psicológica Que Brinden Información Relevante A Los Fines De Determinar El Impacto En Psiquismo De Los Accidentes Laborales E Indagar Las Características Sociodemograficas En Los Sujetos Que Los Han Padecido.

This Project Aims To Assess The Impact On The Psyche Of Occupational Accidents And Diseases Resulting From The Fact Or During Work. It Is Noteworthy That Work From The Expert Psychological Intervention And Symptoms Resulting From The Experienced Fact Evaluate And Conclude Whether There Was Pathological Conformation, The Relationship Between Her And The Fact That Attached To It And Therefore, Whether Or Not Psychic Damage.In The Matter Of Damages Arising From Accidents Forensic Psychologists Are Faced With The Difficulty Of Adequately Estimate And Quantify The Damage, Except For The Provision Of The Law 24,557, The Law Does Not Expressly Provide For The Necessary Parameters To Set The Compensation Qua Psychic Level The Harmful Event Can Cause, So That Quantification Is Complex. That Is Why We Intend To Investigate And Articulate The Psychological Exploration Techniques That Provide Relevant In Order To Determine The Impact On The Psyche Of Accidents And Investigate The Sociodemographic Characteristics Of The Subjects Who Have Had Information.
