Resumen:

El presente proyecto se integra a la investigación UBACyT 2016 titulada Factores que inciden en la circularidad de los jóvenes alojados en los dispositivos penales juveniles: lo individual, lo grupal, lo institucional, y cuyo objetivo central es determinar la incidencia de estos tres factores en la circulación de los jóvenes por y entre los dispositivos penales juveniles. En virtud de esto, y considerando la investigación a la que se adscribe el presente proyecto, es que este tendrá la siguiente hipótesis de trabajo: el joven que ha sido alojado en un Centro Socioeducativo de Régimen Cerrado sufriría algún tipo de estigmatización. En este sentido y considerando a los CSRC una organización total es que el pasaje de los jóvenes por ellos no es sin consecuencias. A los efectos de analizar esas consecuencias, y considerando las escasas investigaciones existentes sobre el tema, el estudio se basará en un diseño de tipo exploratorio triangulando métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos.

STIGMA: BODY-CHARACTER-HERITAGE: ITS INCIDENCE AMONG YOUNG OFFENDERS OF CRIMINAL LAW.

This project joins the investigation UBACyT 2016 named Factors affecting the circularity of young people staying in juvenile criminal devices: the individual, the group, the institutional, whose aim is to identify the incidence of these three factors in the circulation of young people in and among juvenile criminal devices. By virtue of this, and considering the investigation to which this project is assigned, is that it will have the following work hypothesis: the young man that has stayed in a Closed Socioeducational Center would suffer of some kind of stigmatization. In this sense and considering CSC as total organizations is that the passage of young men by them is not without consequences. For the purpose of analyzing these consequences, and considering the few investigations on the topic, the study will be based on an exploratory design triangulating qualitative and quantitative methods.
