La presente investigación se inscribe en el proyecto UBACyT 2018 "Apropiación de Niños y Filiación Falsificada: Implicancias éticas y subjetivas" (20020190200412BA). El trabajo se centrará en el análisis de los casos de apropiación ocurridos durante la última dictadura cívico-militar argentina y al mismo tiempo en otros escenarios que corresponden a la filiación falsificada, donde la identidad no ha sido tergiversada por el Estado terrorista, con el propósito de identificar aquellos puntos de conexión y disyunción de acuerdo a las implicancias subjetivas que produjo la estafa en la inscripción del recién nacido. Nos interesa concretamente indagar los factores que posibilitaron el proceso de restitución, es decir, cuáles fueron las coordenadas subjetivas que permitieron el cuestionamiento de la identidad. La herramienta que utilizaremos para dicha indagación es la producción cinematográfica que, como vehículo de un real traumático inabordable, nos posibilitará leer aquellas marcas que dan cuenta de la vulneración de la identidad. Se implementará el método clínico-analítico de lectura de films con el objeto de analizar diversas estrategias de intervención que el campo del psicoanálisis puede aportar a dicha problemática.

Resumen del tema en inglés: This research is part of the UBACyT project 2018 "Child Appropriation and FiliationFalsified: Ethical and subjective implications" (20020190200412BA). The work will focus on the analysis of appropriation cases that occurred during the last argentine civil-military dictatorship and at the same time in other scenarios that correspond to the falsified filiation, where the identity has not been misrepresented by the terrorist state, in order to identify those connection points and disjunction according to the subjective implications produced by the deception in the registration of the newly born. We are specifically interested in investigating the factors that made the restitution process possible, what were the subjective coordinates that allowed the questioning of identity. The tool that we will use for this investigation is the cinematographic production that, as an unapproachable real traumatic vehicle, will enable us to read those subjective marks that account for the identity violation. The clinical-analytical method of reading films will be implemented with the object of analyzing various intervention strategies that the field of psychoanalysis can contribute to this problematic.
