RESUMEN

En el presente escrito abordamos las diferencias entre las categorías “conocimiento”, “ignorancia” y “saber” en la clínica de la anorexia mental, especialmente en su relación con la imagen corporal. Por la gran cantidad de bibliografía especializada abocada a estudiar la correlación entre la anorexia y sus vínculos con las diferentes versiones del saber y el conocimiento (especialmente aquellas ligadas al desempeño académico y/o escolar), consideramos necesario delimitar de manera precisa las categorías mencionadas, en vías de diagramar herramientas de diagnóstico y tratamiento, con utilidad tanto para el ámbito clínico como para el educativo.
Teniendo como marco de referencia el psicoanálisis lacaniano, nuestra investigación se orienta en la heterogeneidad de las categorías expuestas, las cuales son leídas en muchas ocasiones como homólogas, lo que genera confusiones epistémicas que decantan en efectos clínicos contraproducentes. Sobre ese escenario repasamos los modos en los que Freud se refirío a la aprehensión del saber así como a su rechazo, para en un segundo momento ubicar la relación de la anorexia con el conocimiento, el saber y la ignorancia. Nuestro punto de arribo es el pasaje que se da “del libro como cuerpo” al “cuerpo como libro”. En un apartado final exponemos conclusiones y líneas de trabajo ulteriores.

ABSTRACT

In this paper we address the differences between the categories "knowledge", "ignorance" and "knowing" in the clinic of mental anorexia, especially in its relation to body image. Due to the large amount of specialized bibliography devoted to studying the correlation between anorexia and its links with the different versions of knowledge and knowledge (especially those linked to academic and / or school performance), we consider it necessary to precisely delimit the aforementioned categories, in the process of diagramming diagnostic and treatment tools, useful for both the clinical and educational fields.
Taking Lacanian psychoanalysis as a frame of reference, our research focuses on the heterogeneity of the exposed categories, which are often read as homologous, which generates epistemic confusion that lead to counterproductive clinical effects. On this stage we review the ways in which Freud referred to the apprehension of knowledge as well as its rejection, in order to locate the relationship of anorexia with knowledge, knowledge and ignorance in a second moment. Our point of arrival is the passage from "the book as a body" to the "body as a book." In a final section we present conclusions and further lines of work.
