RESUMEN
El presente trabajo recorta algunos problemas que debe abordar la ética frente a los desafíos que le impone el mundo contemporáneo con el fin de esbozar un posible tratamiento, en pos del resguardo de la singularidad y la diferencia que presenta en el campo de lo humano.
Para ello se abordará la problemática de su universalización a la hora de pensar su lugar en la práctica del psicólogo y su entrecruzamiento con el campo de aplicación de los derechos humamos, considerándolos nuevos derechos que se articulan con la acción analítica, a saber: el resguardo de la singularidad subjetiva, el derecho a la identidad, incluso la sexual y la problemática del género.
Examinaremos dos casos clínicos el de una niña apropiada y restituida y el de una transexual, para ubicar como consentir el no-todo en la aplicación de los derechos humanos; el no-todo femenino y el trabajo de dos artistas plásticas: Cindy Sherman y Louise Bourgeois para, a partir del síntoma leer, como puede ser pensada la diferencia a la hora de la conformación de un estilo.Es que la posición ética en la actualidad se recorta indispensable para leer la igualdad de posibilidad pero revelando la diferencia.

ABSTRACT
This essay summarizes some of the problems that ethics must approach, regarding the challenges that the contemporary world imposes, in order to schematize a possible treatment with the purpose of guarding the singularity and the difference it presents in the field of the human.
For that the problem of its universalization at the time of thinking about its place in the psychologist´s practice will be addressed, in addition to its intersection with the field of the implementation of the human rights, considering the new rights that articulate with the analytic action; namely: the guard of the subjective singularity, the right to identity (even the sexual one) and the gender issue.
We will examine two clinical cases, one of an appropriated girl and one of a transsexual woman, to locate how to embrace the not-all in the implementation of the human rights; the feminine not-everything and the work of two plastic artists: Cindy Sherman and Louise Bourgeois to, starting from the symptom, read how can the difference be thought at the time of forming a style. The status of ethics nowadays ends up being crucial to consider the equality of opportunities but revealing the difference.
