RESUMEN
Los enfoques psicoanalíticos han brindado un amplio sustrato para comprender las vicisitudes humanas, el sentido de los síntomas y su función en el equilibrio psíquico. Sin embargo a nuestro entender, las organizaciones y reorganizaciones subjetivas con sus movimientos progresivos requieren ser actualizados y contextualizados históricamente para sostener el pasaje del paradigma tutelar al de desarrollo integral, postulado por la Ley Nacional de Salud Mental 26.657.
Desde esta perspectiva, los abordajes psicodiagnósticos y terapéuticos, con sus especificidades teóricas y técnicas según su ámbito de aplicación es la primera fase de toda intervención psicológica que guía los pasos a seguir y permite delinear pronósticos probables. El tratamiento comienza en la primera consulta y el modo de entender la complejidad subjetiva puede resultar una práctica terapéutica o iatrogénica.
En este escrito referimos un recorrido conceptual para sustentar el proceso diagnóstico de niños y abordajes terapéuticos, respaldados en aportes psicoanalíticos relacionales que retoman la teoría del apego, con el objetivo de captar los enlaces entre lo biológico, la experiencia vivida en la dimensión intersubjetiva y el modo peculiar en que dichas vivencias se inscriben en el psiquismo. A tal efecto, en pos de trazar bases teóricas de dispositivos que conlleven a un diagnóstico diferencial entre perturbaciones por déficits, conflictos o reconstrucciones subjetivas se propone como figura didáctica puntualizar observables desarrollados en el transcurso de la infancia y niñez organizados en torno a las primeras ligazones amorosas, un segundo tiempo de diferenciación amorosa y el descubrimiento de la alteridad del otro, sintetizados en diez hitos evolutivos.

ABSTRACT
Psychoanalytic approaches have provided a broad basis for understanding human vicissitudes, the meaning of symptoms, and their role in psychic balance. In our opinion, however, subjective organizations and reorganizations with their progressive movements need to be historically updated and contextualized to sustain the passage from the tutelary paradigm to the integral development postulated by the National Mental Health Law N°26.657.
From this perspective, psychodiagnostic and therapeutic approaches - with their theoretical and technical specifications - constitute the first phase of any psychological intervention, according to their scope of application. Such approaches guide the steps to follow and allow us to draft potential prognoses. Treatment begins in the first consultation, and the way of understanding the subjective complexity may result in a therapeutic or a iatrogenic practice.
In this paper we draw a conceptual path to support the diagnostic process of children, supported by relational psychoanalytic contributions that take up the contributions of the attachment theory. The aim is to capture the links among the biological aspect, the experience lived in the intersubjective dimension, and the particular way in which these experiences are inscribed in psyche. To that end, and in order to draw the theoretical bases of a device leading to a diagnosis that can differentiate among disturbances due to deficits, conflicts or subjective reconstructions, we propose to point out observable features developed during the course of childhood organized around the first love attachments, a second time of loving differentiation, and the discovery of otherness of the other. All of this is synthesized in ten evolutionary milestones.
