RESUMEN

Este trabajo toma como referente clínico el homicidio de un adolescente a manos de otro adolescente.
La razón de los celos como argumento del crimen será uno de los elementos puestos en cuestión durante el trabajo. A su vez, este trabajo discutirá algunas de las hipótesis vinculadas al odio hacia el padre desplazado hacia la víctima como otras de las razones por las cuales se explicaría el hecho.
Despejadas estas interpretaciones sobre el crimen, este artículo avanzará la hipótesis propia de cara a establecer la lógica del caso y la estructura en juego en este pasaje al acto homicida.
Sobre el final, se desarrollará alguna mínima discusión sobre el lugar que las instituciones reservan al loco homicida.

ABSTRACT

               This article takes as a clinical reference the murder of a teenager at the hands of another teenager.
The reason for jealousy as an argument for the crime will be one of the elements questioned during the work. In turn, this work will discuss some of the hypotheses linked to the hatred towards the father displaced towards the victim, as well as other reasons for explaining the fact.
Once these interpretations of the crime have been cleared, this article will advance the hypothesis itself in order to establish the logic of the case and the structure at play in this passage to the homicidal act.
About the end, some minimal discussion will take place on the place that the institutions reserve to the homicidal madman.
