We propose to approach the clinical distinction between the notions of patient and subject as presented in psychoanalytic practice, from the developments of these notions in the J. Lacan work: the notions of human demand and the subject\'s relationship to the significant. We explore a possible articulation between ontology and psychoanalysis from the logic of Aristotle and developments in ontological reflection of W. Quine, G. Bateson, M. Heidegger. We analyze the psychoanalytic notion of subject in the light of the notions of subject and substance in Aristotelian logic by comparison with the subject as presented in DSM-IV Manual. Finally these ideas are articulated in a clinical cut in which we concludes: 1 - the subject of the word is not the word of the patient, 2 - the subject is an effect of the Other as a place of the word, 3 - the subject is a cutting on the sphere of the patient, 4 - the unconscious is presented as an anticipation or retroaction, 5 - the subject is a predicate of the Other, 6 - disorders are predicated of the patient, 7 - the status of the subject is ethical, 8 - the ontology of psychoanalytic discourse is an ontology warned of the unconscious.

Se propone abordar la distinción clínica entre las nociones de paciente y sujeto tal como se presentan en la práctica psicoanalítica, a partir de los desarrollos de estas nociones en la enseñanza de J. Lacan: las nociones de demanda humana y la relación del sujeto al significante. Se explora una articulación posible entre ontología y psicoanálisis a partir de la lógica de Aristóteles y desarrollos en la reflexión ontológica de W. Quine, G. Bateson, M. Heidegger. Se analiza la noción de sujeto psicoanalítico a la luz de las nociones de sujeto y sustancia en la lógica aristotélica, estableciendo una comparación con el sujeto tal como se presenta en el Manual DSM-IV. Finalmente se articulan estas ideas en un recorte clínico en donde se concluye: 1- el sujeto de la palabra no es la palabra del paciente, 2- el sujeto es un efecto del Otro como lugar de la palabra, 3- el sujeto es un corte sobre una esfera del paciente, 4- el inconsciente se presenta como anticipación o retroacción, 5- el sujeto es un predicado del Otro, 6- los trastornos son predicados del paciente, 7- el estatuto del sujeto es ético, 8- la ontología del discurso psicoanalítico es una ontología advertida del inconsciente.
