RESUMEN


Palabras clave: The current work is proposed to account for the route of a psychoanalytic treatment of a case of epilepsy. We will approach the difficulties that case presents, as well as the analyst’s interventions and their effects. Thus, we’ll start presenting the first interviews and interventions; then we’ll deploy the case, accounting for the positioning subjective changes that occurred during the treatment and emphasizing the effects of the interventions to, finally, present the end of the treatment and a possible conceptualization of it.

SUMMARY
En el presente trabajo nos proponemos dar cuenta del recorrido de un tratamiento psicoanalítico de un caso de epilepsia. Abordaremos las dificultades que presenta el caso, así como las intervenciones del analista y sus efectos. De esta manera, comenzaremos presentando las primeras entrevistas y las primeras intervenciones; luego desplegaremos el caso, dando cuenta de los cambios de posicionamiento subjetivos que se produjeron durante el tratamiento y haciendo hincapié en los efectos de las intervenciones para, finalmente, presentar el fin del tratamiento y una conceptualización posible del mismo.
