La Responsabilidad del Sujeto por el Pasaje al Acto en Louis Althusser

Resumen:

A partir de la publicación póstuma de El Porvenir es Largo de Louis Althusser, el filósofo francés ha sido centro de diversos debates psicoanalíticos. Con antecedentes psiquiátricos y un diagnóstico de melancolía, en 1980 Althusser asesina a su esposa, Hélène Rytmann, en lo que los peritos judiciales determinaron como estado de demencia. Este dictamen tuvo como consecuencia el sobreseimiento de su responsabilidad por el asesinato, en base a la aplicación del artículo 64 del Código Francés vigente en ese momento. Althusser nunca fue llamado a comparecer ante un tribunal de justicia. El Porvenir es Largo tiene el objetivo, explicitado por el propio autor, de responder públicamente por el asesinato de su esposa. La literatura psicoanalítica existente sobre el tema pone en cuestión este intento de responsabilización propuesto por L. Althusser. Por lo demás, mientras muchos consideran el asesinato en cuestión como un pasaje al acto, algunos autores niegan que el crimen alcance dicha categoría. La presente investigación tiene por objetivo demostrar que el crimen del filósofo efectivamente constituye un pasaje al acto, así como estudiar los efectos subjetivos del mismo, en relación tanto a la falta de sanción jurídica como a lo que se conoce en psicoanálisis como responsabilidad subjetiva.

SUBJECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY AND PASSAGE TO THE ACT ON LOUIS ALTHUSSER

Since Louis Althusser´s posthumous publication: The future is Long, the french philosopher has been center of many psychoanalytic discussions. With a psychiatric history and a diagnosis of melancholia, in 1980 Althusser kills his wife, Hélène Rytmann, in what legal experts identified as a state of dementia. This opinion resulted in the dismissal of his responsibility for the murder, on the basis of the implementation of the 64th article of the French Code existing during that time. Althusser was never called to appear before a Court of law. The future is long has the purpose, expressed by its own author, of publicly respond for the murder of his wife. The psychoanalytic literature on the topic calls into question Althusser´s attempt to take full responsibility of his crime. Moreover, while many consider the murder in question as a passage to the act, others deny that this crime reaches that category. The present research aims to prove that Althusser´s crime constitutes a passage to the act and to study its subjective effects, in relation both to the lack of legal sanction and to what is known as subjective responsibility.
