La Interconsulta "Psi": La Apuesta por la Clinica de la Subjetividad en la Enfermedad Médica.*

Resumen:
Se diferencian acto médico y práctica clínica psicoanalí-tica en territorio médico a partir de la existencia de dos discur-sos diferentes: el de la Ciencia, en el que se ubica el dis-curso médico y su objeto el organismo viviente y, dentro de las ciencias conjeturales, el discurso psicoanalítico y su objeto el cuerpo erógeno y la subjetividad. Como punto de encuentro posible aparece la interconsulta "psi", CLINICA DE LA SUBJETIVIDAD EN LA ENFERMEDAD MEDICA. Se expone su concep-tualización y articulación práctica a través de viñetas clíni-cas. Se analiza el capítulo del DSM-IV referido a la causali-dad psíquica. Se discute sobre el campo de la Bioética. Se propone revalorizar el rol del profesional psicólogo en terri-torio médico a partir de lo expuesto sobre esta apuesta para el trabajo conjunto, a la par de los médicos.

Abstract:
A difference is made between medical action and psychoa-nalytic clinical practice within the medical field on the basis of the existence of two different types of discourse: the discourse of Science, within medical discourse, and its object the living organism; and, on the other hand, the psych-oanalytic discourse, within conjectural sciences, and its object the eroge-nous body and subjectivity. As a possible meeting point, the consultation between physicians and psychologist, A CLINICAL ASISTANCE OF SUBJECTI-VITY IN MEDICAL DISORDERS, is put forward. Its conceptualiza-tion and practical articulation are presented through clinical cases. An analysis is made of the chapter of the DSM-IV on psychic causality. The field of Bioethics is discussed. A revaluation of the role of the professional psycohologist in the medical field is attempted on the basis of this proposal of joint work with medical doctors.
