Variaciones entre Psicoanalistas en el Proceso Inferencial Clínico.*

Resumen:
El proceso inferencial clínico es, tal vez, la actividad central del psicoanalista en la situación psicoanalítica. Sin embargo, éste es un aspecto escasamente estudiado y sobre el que se ha realizado muy poca investigación sistemática.
Esta comunicación se ocupa del proceso inferencial clínico en psicoanálisis y pone particular énfasis en las variaciones observables entre psicoanalistas en relación a los modos en que procesan el material de sus pacientes y elaboran sus hipótesis o juicios clínicos. Se presentan los lineamientos de una investigación en curso sobre el tema.

Abstract:
Although the process of clinical inference is, perhaps, the main activity of the psychoanlyst in the context of the psychoanalytic situation, not much systematic research has been done on the subject.
This paper focuses on the process of clinical inference in psychoanalysis with a special emphasis on the variations encountered among psychoanalysts, regarding the ways in which they think about their patients' productions and construct their hypotheses or clinical judgements. An ongoing research on these issues is presented.
