About the notion of presentation (Vorstellung): The mark of Brentano on the Freud´s metapsichology.

RESUMEN

Palabras clave: Starting from the supposition that the empirical-descriptive Philosophy of Franz Brentano influenced the conceptualization of some basic Freudian notions, the authors intend to describe the signs that suggest that the Freudian notion of representation is dependent on the definition that Brentano makes of it.
Firstly, the imprint that Herbart had on both, Brentano and Freud, as an authority in the XIXth Century Psychology is shown, to then focus on the way Brentano defines the notion of representation in his work Psychology from an empirical standpoint.

SUMMARY
Partiendo de la suposición de que la filosofía empírico-descriptiva de Franz Brentano influyó en la conceptualización de ciertas nociones básicas freudianas, los autores procuran describir los indicios que sugieren que la noción freudiana de representación es tributaria de la delimitación que Brentano hace de la misma. Se indica en principio la impronta que Herbart tuvo sobre ambos en cuanto figura de autoridad en la psicología del siglo XIX, para luego centrarse en el modo en que Brentano delimita la noción de representación en su trabajo Psicología desde el punto de vista empírico.
