The sinthome in the obsessive neurosis

From the incorporation of the knots logic in the last period of Lacan\'s work, we will work on the notion of sinthome at its differentiation with that of symptom.
From that difference we will localize the clinical consequences of the idea of chains and unchains in neurosis and psychosis, approaching to the specificity of the notion of sinthome in the obsessive neurosis.
This development will be articulated to the Freudian case history of the Man of the Rats, in its develop of chains and unchains underlining the importance of the \" infantile neurosis \" in the logic of the case.
Finally, we will locate the nosologic, therapeutic and ethics consequences of the position of the analyst in the light of Lacan\'s new conceptualization.
SUMMARY
A partir de la inclusión de la lógica nodal en la última época de la enseñanza de Lacan, se trabajará sobre la noción de sinthome en su diferenciación con la de síntoma.
Ubicando a partir de ella las consecuencias clínicas de la idea de encadenamientos y desencadenamientos en neurosis y psicosis, abocándonos a la especificidad de la noción de sinthome en la neurosis obsesiva.
Este desarrollo se articulará al historial freudiano del Hombre de las Ratas, en su devenir de encadenamientos y desencadenamientos subrayando la importancia de la “neurosis infantil” en la lógica del caso.
Por último, ubicaremos las consecuencias nosológicas, terapéuticas y éticas respecto de la posición del analista a la luz de la nueva conceptualización de Lacan.
