Declaración (Consentimiento, Beneficio y Efectos Nocivos, Confidencialidad,
y Derechos Humanos.

(BIO)ETHICS AND HUMAN RIGHTS. DIALECTIC OF PARTICULAR AND UNIVERSAL-SINGULAR THROUGH CLINICAL-CINEMATICAL NARRATIVE
The Universal Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights was established by
UNESCO in October 2005. It confirmsthe intimate bond between the notions of
Ethics and Human Rights. This project aims at studying that articulation asit
appears on a specific scenario: the new dilemmatic issues of the health practice.
The project is compound by twostages. The first one constitute an empirical
work through interviewing a sample of practitioners, in order to researchthe
professional conceptions facing critical situations of the practice. This is
a descriptive, prospective, observationaland transversal study completed by
interviews and online survey. The main objective is to determine disclosure
patternsof families conformed by oocyte donation and surrogate motherhood in
Argentina. The study aims to determine thepercentage of couples that revealed
the mode of conception to their children and relatives and the motivations fordisclosing
or not. The second stage will be focused on the systematization of the data
achieved during the first one,and the development of a multimedia system, which
will be part of IBIS, International Bioethical Information System. The transference
of the results will include a vast range of activities, from postgraduate courses
to national programs ofEthical training in education.
