Durante el año 2013 informes periodísticos registraron el aumento de situaciones de violencia que involucran a adolescentes y a menudo conllevan la muerte de alguno de sus protagonistas, jóvenes que pueden ser víctimas o victimarios en estos eventos . En el mismo período se incrementaron las consultas de adolescentes diagnosticados con Trastorno negativista desafiante y Trastorno disocial en el Servicio de Psicología Clínica de Adolescentes (UBA. Sede regional sur: Avellaneda). Numerosas investigaciones epidemiológicas analizan las características de los jóvenes con Trastorno negativista desafiante y Trastorno disocial, y su aparición, vinculada al contexto familiar de crianza. En nuestro país, estudios actuales en poblaciones vulnerables sostienen la prevalencia de hogares donde la madre es ? jefa de familia?. En ellos los adolescentes crecen expuestos a situaciones de violencia y en contextos de inestabilidad de sus vínculos afectivos. El objetivo de esta investigación es conocer a través del Test de Rorschach (Escuela Argentina), las características psicopatológicas y psicodinámicas de las madres con hijos diagnosticados con Trastorno negativista desafiante y Trastorno disocial, para profundizar el conocimiento del vínculo entre las características maternas y estas patologías.

RORSCHACH TEST OF MOTHERS WITH CHILDREN DIAGNOSED WITH OPPOSITIONAL DEFIANT DISORDER AND CONDUCT DISORDER

During the year 2013, newspapers reported rising violence situations starring by adolescents as victims or perpetrators, which sometimes lead to death . At the same time, we noted an increase of the consultations at the Department of Clinical Psychology (UBA. South regional office: Avellaneda) by adolescents diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorder increased. Numerous epidemiological studies provide information about the characteristics of adolescents with Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorder, and the appearance of these related to the particularities of the family context of parenting. In our country, current research suggests the prevalence of households where the mother is "head of family" in vulnerable populations. In this environment, the teenagers are exposed to violence situations and growing instability context with their closest ties. The objective of this research is to know trough the Rorschach test (Argentinean School), psychopathological and psychodynamic characteristics of mothers with children diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorder, to deepen the knowledge of the relationship between maternal characteristics and those pathologies.
