Resumen:

La presente investigación tiene por objeto el análisis de la complejidad bioética a través de escenarios dilemáticos provenientes de la práctica en salud mental y del recurso audiovisual y literario disponible sobre el tema. Se tratará de suplementar las formas tradicionales de exposición de casos, dando entrada a determinadas ficciones que ayuden a desplegar el núcleo del problema, para acceder a su complejidad analítica. Para eso se desarrollará una metodología tendiente a la sistematización de situaciones problemáticas que servirán de guía para pensar la interrelación entre los constructos teóricos y la práctica clínica. Asimismo se partirá del paradigma de la complejidad para pensar la articulación entre los distintos principios de bioética y Derechos Humanos en casos complejos de la práctica cotidiana. A partir de la información cualitativa, obtenida por medio de entrevistas a referentes claves en el tema y actores específicos, se desarrollará un marco conceptual que instrumentará la información en una matriz lógica. A partir de la Declaración Universal de Bioética y Derechos Humanos (UNESCO, 2005) y otras específicas de la Psicología (Gauthier, 2008) se ha ratificado la importancia de articular los conceptos de Ética, Bioética y Derechos Humanos aplicados a escenarios concretos de la práctica en Salud Mental. El presente proyecto indaga esta articulación a través de situaciones actuales y éticamente controvertidas.

SUBJECTIVITY, BIOETHICS AND HUMAN RIGHTS. A CUALITATIVE ANÁLISIS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF A NARRATIVE ETHICS.

The present investigation aims at the analysis of the bioethics complexity through dilemmatic sceneries from the mental health practice and from the audiovisual resources and literary source available on the subject. It also aims at the extension of the traditional ways of case study presentations, analysing specific fictions which help to display the core of the issue, to accede to its analytical complexity. According to this objective a methodology will be developed in order to systematize the problematic situations which will function as a guide to think the relation between theoretical concepts and clinical practice. Also the complexity paradigm will be starting point to think the connection between the different bioethics and Human Rights principles in complex cases of the daily practice. From the qualitative information, obtained through interviews to key stakeholders and specific persons, a conceptual frame will be develop which will lead the information into a logical matrix. The Universal Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights (UNESCO, 2005) and others related to Psychology (Gauthier, 2008) have confirmed the intimate bond between the notions of Ethics, Bioethics and Human Rights, apply to concrete sceneries in Mental Health practice. This project aims at studying that articulation as it appears on a specific scenario: the new dilemmatic issues of the health practice.
