Las psicoterapias de niños: estudio de proceso de los grupos psicoterapéuticos psicoanalíticos.

Resumen:
Se estudiarán los cambios de los niños en los distintos momentos del proceso psicoterapéutico psicoanalítico grupal, particularizando en los de inicio y finalización. Se contrastará la psicoterapia individual y grupal, en distintos momentos del proceso, a fin de particularizar la especificidad de la psicoterapia psicoanalítica grupal.
Se utilizará una metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa, con la asistencia del software ATLAS.ti., aplicando estrategias metodológicas probadas en investigaciones anteriores: a) codificación de registros observacionales textuales de sesiones de psicoterapia psicoanalítica grupal y de transcripciones de sesiones de psicoterapia individual de acuerdo con el Manual de Códigos (13º versión); b) confección de plantillas por cada paciente a partir de una matriz de datos y c) elaboración de un relato individual de cada paciente. En las dos últimas estrategias metodológicas, también en el contexto grupal, el estudio de proceso es individual para cada niño. Se procesará el tipo y frecuencia de códigos utilizados en cada momento del proceso psicoanalítico grupal e individual.
Se espera que los resultados aporten información para facilitar la elección de distintas estrategias terapéuticas para el tratamiento de patologías actuales de la niñez, permitan evaluar y mejorar dispositivos utilizados en centros asistenciales dedicados al tratamiento de niños.

The psychoterapy of children: study of psychoanalytic psychotherapeutic group process.
The aim is to study the change in children in the different moments of psychoanalytic psychotherapeutic group process, emphasizing on the beginning and conclusion ones. The individual and group psychotherapy will be contrasted, in the different moments of the process, in order to distinguish the specificity of the psychoanalytic psychotherapy group.
A qualitative and quantitative methodology will be used, with the aid of ATLAS.TI. software, applying strategies used in previous inquiries: a) codification of textual observational records of group psychoanalytic´s sessions and transcription of individual psychoanalytic` sessions according to the Codes Manual (13th version); b) elaboration of templates for each patient based on a data matrix and c) elaboration of an individual account per patient. With respect to the two last methodological strategies, also in the group context, the process study is individual for each child. The type and frequency of codes used in each moment of the group and individual psychoanalytic process will be processed.
It’s highly wished that the result provide information to facilitate the election of different therapeutic strategies for the treatment of current pathologies of the childhood; allow to evaluate and improve devices used in welfare centers to the treatment of children.
