Curriculum Universitario y Evaluación: el Sujeto y las Prácticas Educativas.

Resumen:
Este trabajo pretende averiguar cómo se define y caracteriza el modelo de sujeto proyectado por el curriculum universitario, su concreción en las prácticas educativas y las relaciones que establece con los otros modelos, proyectos alternativos, existentes en el campo (si los hubiere). Nos proponemos describir, a partir del análisis del proceso de determinación del curriculum universitario y de las prácticas de evaluación, el sujeto del discurso tecnocrático (que se desprende del discurso neoliberal hoy encarnado por el estado y los diversos organismos internacionales, en distintas instancias de objetivación), otros modelos existentes en el campo y las relaciones que mantienen entre sí y con los sujetos reales de las prácticas.
Sostenemos que el eje del discurso se halla en el concepto de evaluación, transformado en instancia estratégica de las prácticas de enseñanza. Aunque en el interior del proceso educativo representa una instancia privilegiada para promover aprendizajes (autoevaluación), puesta al servicio del control, la evaluación se torna el principal instrumento de exclusión.
Desde esta propuesta pretendemos contribuir a una reflexión sobre el papel que asumimos en nuestras prácticas de enseñanza y en qué medida nos reconocemos como sujetos históricos creadores de nuestro propio futuro, con la posibilidad de transformarlas.

University Curriculum and Evaluation: the subject and educational practice.
This work tries to find out how there is defined and characterized the model of subject projected by the university résumé, his concretion in the educational practices and the relations that it establishes with other models - alternative - existing projects in the field (if they will be). We propose to describe, from the analysis of the process of determination of the university résumé and from the practices of evaluation, the subject of the speech tecnocrático - that gets rid of the speech neoliberal today personified by the state and the diverse international organisms, in different instances of objetivación-, other existing models in the field and the relations that they support between them and with the real subjects of the practices.
We support that the axis of the speech is in the concept of evaluation, transformed into strategic instance of the practices of education. Although inside the educational process it represents a moment privileged to promote learnings (self-assessment), put to the service of the control, the evaluation, as principal instrument of exclusion returns.
With this investigation we try to contribute to the reflection on the role that we assume in our practices of education and our recognition as historical subjects, with possibility of transforming the above mentioned practices.
