Investigaciones recientes han encauzado sus esfuerzos en delimitar con precisión las coordenadas subjetivas de la estructura perversa acompañando el ascenso que se observa en la clínica de este tipo de casos. Si bien se ha avanzado en materia psicopatológica y diagnóstica, permanece intocado el problema del análisis propiamente dicho en la perversión. Freud nos enseñó que un análisis comienza por la puesta en forma de los síntomas. Tal como sostiene Lacan en 1958: el síntoma es lo que es analizable en las neurosis, las perversiones y las psicosis, expandiendo el campo clínico demarcado por Freud. Si desde Freud el síntoma constituyó una brújula para acceder al inconsciente y orientar el tratamiento analítico, con Lacan el síntoma se extendió como brújula para orientarnos hacia lo real, en regla con la ética del psicoanálisis. El propósito de esta investigación se centra en examinar los mecanismos de formación de síntomas propios de la perversión y su constitución en análisis, los momentos de división subjetiva, las particularidades clínicas de la transferencia, así como también la revisión de la posición del analista en la dirección de la cura y de la ética del psicoanálisis en aras de iluminar los umbrales del fin de análisis en la perversión. Se abre así un campo de exploración teórico-clínica de un valor capital para el psicoanálisis, a fuerza de revisar y repensar algunas de sus nociones fundamentales para incluir a la perversión dentro del campo de lo analizable. El actual plan de investigación asume el compromiso que implica elaborar un saber psicoanalítico en materia de perversión para esclarecer y hacer avanzar una clínica que aún hoy goza de vigencia y actualidad.

THE CLINIC OF PERVERSIONS: CONSTITUTION OF THE SYMPTOM IN PERVERSION AND THE DIRECTION OF THE TREATMENT.

Recent researches have aimed their efforts towards a precise delimitation of the subjective coordinates of the perverse structure, following the rise observed in the clinic of this type of cases. Even though there has been significant progress regarding psychopathology and diagnosis, the problem of a proper analysis in perversion remains untouched. Freud taught us that an analysis starts by getting the symptoms into shape. Such is Lacan's approach in 1958: the symptom is what can be analysed in neuroses, perversions, and psychoses, therefore expanding the clinical field set by Freud. If since Freud the symptom became a compass to access the unconscious and lead the psychoanalytical treatment, with Lacan the symptom was extended to a compass to lead us towards the real, according to the ethics of psychoanalysis. The purpose of this research is to examine the symptom-formation mechanisms of perversion and their constitution in analysis, the moments of subjective division, the clinical particularities of transference, as well as to review the position of the analyst in the direction of the treatment and the ethics of psychoanalysis in order to clarify the thresholds of the end of analysis in perversion. This opens up a field of theoretical and clinical exploration with a capital value for psychoanalysis, in order to review and rethink some of their fundamental notions to include perversion within the territory of the analyzable. The current research plan takes a commitment that involves developing a psychoanalytic knowledge on perversion to clarify and advance a clinic that still nowadays has validity and topicality.
