Resumen:

Distintas investigaciones evidencian la íntima relación entre los conceptos de Ética y Derechos Humanos. El presente proyecto indaga esa articulación en un escenario específico: las nuevas cuestiones dilemáticas de la práctica en salud y salud mental, en particular relativas al tratamiento del cuerpo. El enfoque radica en abordar las situaciones a través de ficciones cinematográficas y narrativas, suplementando así al caso real y permitiendo el acceso a la complejidad que de él emerge. El proyecto consta de tres etapas. En la primera, se actualizan los últimos materiales en el tema, realizan traducciones y adaptaciones al español de tres fuentes documentales: los casebook de UNESCO, los materiales de trabajo vinculados al APA Ethical Code 2003-10, y los escenarios del REST ? Racial and Ethical Sensibility Test, 2002. En la segunda, se realiza un trabajo de entrevistas a profesionales y relevamiento de fuentes cinematográficas. En la tercera parte, se sistematiza la información relevada en las dos primeras, desarrollando un recurso multimedia para el tratamiento y transferencia, integrando conceptualmente las dos primeras partes.

BIOETHICS AND FILMS: CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE CLINICAL AND ANALYTIC NARRATIVE.

Different research projects confirm the intimate bond between the notions of Ethics and Human Rights. This current project explores that relationship in one concrete scenario: the new dilemmatic issues that arise from the health practice, particularly those that refer to the treatment of the body. The methodological approach relies on the análisis of scenarios through films and narratives, which supplements the original cases presented by the fictions, and thus enables us to gain insight into the complexity that stems from them. This project is compound by three stages. The first one aims at updating the latest works on the matter, by translating and adapting to Spanish three documentary sources: the casebook published by UNESCO, other works related to the APA Ethical Code 2003-10, and several cases presented in the REST- Racial Ethical Sensitivity Test (2002). Interviews to health practitioners and the research of films will take place during the second stage. The third and final stage will be focused on the systematization of the data gathered during the previous two, whilst developing a multimedia system for the treatment and transfer of the knowledge achieved on the matter, integrating conceptually the first two stages of the project.
