Resumen:

El presente plan se avocará al estudio del lugar del padre en la apropiación de niños durante la última dictadura militar en Argentina (1976-1983) y las consecuencias que ello conlleva para la filiación de los mismos. Se considerarán las cuestiones ético-clínicas implicadas en la apropiación entendiendo que la intelección de este tema permite generar una matriz de análisis para abordar otras problemáticas referidas a la filiación.
Él mismo forma parte del proyecto Variables jurídicas en la práctica psicológica: sistematización de cuestiones éticas, clínicas y deontológicas a través de un estudio exploratorio descriptivo (UBACyT Programación 2008-2010 ) del cual precisará un apartado específico. Asimismo, encuentra como referencia insoslayable el trabajo desarrollado en el Proyecto Ética y Derechos Humanos: su articulación ante los Nuevos Dilemas de la Práctica Profesional (UBACyT P005, 2004-2007 ).
El objetivo del plan es aportar al proyecto un análisis detallado de las cuestiones ético-clínicas que surgen en torno al lugar del padre en la apropiación que se incluirán en el cuadro de situación –confeccionado en el proyecto UBACyT- a fin de delimitar un corpus teórico-conceptual de cuestiones ético-clínicas. Se prevé compilar los resultados en el volumen del proyecto, con soporte en CD-ROM para facilitar su transferencia y transmisión.

This project is advocated to the study of the place of the father in the appropriation of children during the last military dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983), and its consequences for them. We will consider the ethical and clinical questions involved in the appropriation, in the belief that the understanding of this topic will allow us to generate an analysis matrix for approaching other problematic situations referred to the filiation.
This investigation is part of the project Juridical variables in the psychological practice. Systematization of the ethical, clinical and deontological issues through an exploratory descriptive study (UBACyT 2008-2010), from which it will require its specific structure. Likewise, the work developed in the project Ethics and Human rights: their articulation before the New Dilemmas of the Professional Practice (UBACyT P005, 2004-2007) turns out to be an important reference.
The aim of this plan is to contribute to the UBACyT project with a detailed analysis of the ethical and clinical questions that arise concerning the place of the father in the appropriation, in order to complete the building of a theoretical corpus of ethical and clinical questions. We foresee to include these results in the logical and conceptual system, in CD-ROM support, which will organize the results of the UBACyT project to facilitate its transference and transmission.
