niños/as, (Greimás, 1990), y los reconocimientos jurídicos
Normative schemata and authority functions within the school and family
context.
Within the context of the project called “Juridicity and socialization within
the school and family context: analysis of experiences which establish rules as
preceding the cognitive development in children between 3 and 6 years old”
the aim is to carry out the following paper in order to be acquainted with the
normative schemata as well as with the authority functions within the school and
family contexts considering them legal-normative contexts (Samaja).
The aim is to analyse justice rules which act as a guide within the school and
family contexts; patterns of intervention or practice of authority functions which
come out of the factitive and sentencing interventions of adults, that is to say,
interventions tending to the “activation of one´s performance”
and “to appraise one´s performance” in relation to children
(Greimas, 1990) as well as the legal acknowledgements which are implicit in children
reasoning whenever they claim, protect and justify their actions.
With that purpose, comparative finalistic samples will be adapted – according
to context and age – with children between 4 and 6/7 years old.
The techniques to be used are ground examination combining the participative and
non-participative models and playing meetings.
