Resumen:

Este proyecto se incorpora al plan de investigación UBACyT P809 Ruta Crítica de la Salud de las Mujeres. Integralidad y Equidad de Género en las Prácticas de Salud de las Mujeres en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, en el marco de las actividades promovidas por la Cátedra Introducción a los Estudios de Género (Facultad de Psicología-UBA).
Es su propósito analizar la brecha existente entre el plano de los instrumentos legales -tratados internacionales de derechos humanos con jerarquía constitucional, leyes nacionales y de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires- que reconocen, protegen y garantizan el derecho a la salud de las mujeres en términos de integralidad y equidad entre los géneros, y el plano de las representaciones que los/as efectores/as y usuarias de los servicios de promoción, atención y rehabilitación en salud de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires tienen sobre este derecho, su protección jurídica, su exigibilidad concreta en el plano político e institucional, y su modo de incorporación (o no) en los dispositivos de atención.
Metodológicamente se propone un estudio cualitativo de carácter descriptivo- exploratorio, y el recurso a las entrevistas semiestructuradas. Asimismo, se recurrirá a los aportes del campo de la subjetividad y género en salud, y de los derechos humanos de las mujeres.

Subjectivity, Gender And Human Rights. About The Gap Between The Legal Norms And Its Representation On The Social Imaginary.

This project is gotten up to the plan of research UBACyT P809 CRITICAL RAOD OF WOMEN’S HEALTH: INTEGRALITY AND GENDER EQUITY IN HEALTH PRACTICES AMONG WOMEN IN BUENOS AIRES CITY, within the framework of the activities promoted by the Chair Introduction to the Studies of Gender (Facultad de Psicología-UBA). The purpose is to analyze the GAP between the legal instruments - human rights international treaties with constitutional hierarchy, national laws and of the Independent City of Buenos Aires- that recognize, protect and guarantee the equity on women’s health in terms of integrality and equity between gender, and the representations that effectors and users of the promotion attention and rehabilitation services in health on Buenos Aires City have on this right, its legal protection, their concrete claim in the political and institutional plane, and its way of incorporation (or not) in the attention devices.
Methodologically it is proposed a qualitative study of exploratory descriptive character, and the resource to the semi structured interviews. Also, it will resort to the contributions of the field of the subjectivity and gender in health, and women’s human rights.
