El presente proyecto se propone indagar en el campo de intersección entre la pedagogía de la educación física y el desarrollo infantil del comportamiento conforme a normas. Es solidario de un programa de investigación cuya hipótesis sustantiva postula la existencia de configuraciones normativas y valorativas en las situaciones de interferencia intersubjetiva que impulsarían el desarrollo infantil de todos los comportamientos reglados (cognitivos, motrices, morales, etc.).
Es un estudio de tipo exploratorio, centrado en la indagación de situaciones conflictivas durante clases de educación física del nivel inicial y primer ciclo de la E.G.B. La muestra es de carácter finalístico. La recolección de datos se realizará mediante observaciones semi-participantes en terreno y su análisis conforme a tres dimensiones: a) narrativa, b) lógico-normativa, c) retórico-axiológica.
El objetivo general apunta a la identificación de las configuraciones normativas y valorativas que enmarcan el accionar discursivo y motriz de los alumnos y docentes. Se espera caracterizar los procesos constructivos de dichas configuraciones según contextos institucionales regulativos de la experiencia jurídica infantil.
Entre los propósitos se espera aportar conocimientos útiles para el abordaje de situaciones conflictivas en la escuela y la transmisión de valores democráticos.

Constructive processes of normative and valorative configurations around the body used. An explorative studie in the regulative context during de physical education classes

The purpose of this project is to study the intersection field between the pedagogy of the physical education classes and the development of children’s behavior according to rules. It is part of a research program which’s hypothesis postulates the existence of normative and valorative configurations in situations of “intersubjetive interferences”. These configurations would impel the development of all the ruled behaviors of the child (cognitive, motor, moral, etc.)
It is an explorative type of research, based in the study of the conflictive situations during the physical education classes of the initial level (kindergarten) and the first grade of primary school (EGB). The sample has a non-random character. The compilation of data will be made by semi-participant observation in the nature context and its analysis regarding three dimensions: a) narrative, B) logical-normative, c) rhetorical-axiological.
The general aim points to the identification of normative and valorative configurations of the discursive and conductual actions of the teachers and students. Our aim is to characterize the constructive processes of these configurations depending on the institutional regulative contexts of the children’s legal experience.
One of the purposes we are looking forward to is to supply a better understanding to take over the conflictive situations at school and improve the transmission of democratic values.
