Constitución Psíquica y Riesgo Suicida en Adolescentes Migrados

La población de Argentina del último siglo, se caracteriza por la variante migratoria denominada voluntaria, que incluye las llamadas migraciones internas. Otro dato notable, es que ocupa el quinto lugar en las tasas de suicidios en la Región de las Américas y según las estadísticas actuales, es la segunda causa de muerte entre los adolescentes, siendo la franja etaria con mayor índice de suicidio en nuestro país. En anteriores investigaciones se encontró un correlato entre ambas temáticas. Es especialmente delicada la situación de los adolescentes migrados, ya que a la crítica etapa evolutiva, se le suma la doble crisis de identidad: La propia de cualquier adolescente y la derivada por la migración y el nuevo duelo que se le impone. Una investigación sobre el tema sería relevante para detectar posibles alteraciones, y/ o mayor riesgo suicida en dicha población, lo cual posibilitaría planificar futuras acciones preventivas y significaría un aporte a la disciplina psicológica. Para ello se administrará a adolescentes migrados el Psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach y se aplicará a cada protocolo las Escalas que evalúan la constitución de las funciones yoicas de realidad: EFYR y el potencial suicida: ESPA, además del cuestionario ad hoc construido especialmente por el equipo de investigación.

PSYCHIC CONSTITUTION AND SUICIDE RISK IN ADOLESCENTS MIGRATED

The population of Argentina of last century, is characterized by the migratory variant called voluntary, which incluyes the so called internal migrations. Another remarkable fact, it is that it occupies the fifth place in the rates of suicides in the Region of the Americas and according to the current statistics, is the second reason of death between the teenagers, being the age group with major index of suicide in our country. Previous research found a correlation between both subjects. There is specially delicate the situation of the migrated teenagers, since to the critical evolutionary stage, the double crisis of identity adds: The own one of any teenager and the derivative for the migration and the new duel that imposes him. An investigation on the topic would be relevant to detect possible alterations, and / or major suicidal risk in the above mentioned population, which would make possible to plan future preventive actions and would mean a contribution to the psychological discipline. For it one will administer migrated teenagers the Psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach and there will be applied to every protocol the Scales that evaluate the constitution of the functions yoicas of reality: EFYR and the suicidal potential: ESPA, besides the ad hoc questionnaire constructed specially by the equipment of investigation.
