Resumen: El presente proyecto tiene por objeto investigar la determinación del delito desde dos variables: la época y la estructura. A fin de tornar viable dicho trabajo, las variables son especificadas cada una de ellas en sus dimensiones. A partir de allí el camino metodológico supondrá un tipo de diseño de esta investigación será de carácter descriptivo e interpretativo. Las categorías de investigación serán de exclusivo alcance cualitativo, al tiempo que los procedimientos consistirán en la continua articulación entre el dato empírico (constituido por el caso en su referencia clínica, criminológica, judicial y/o policial) y la producción teórica.Se trabajará con fuentes primarias y secundarias. La investigación se realizará a partir de un estudio cualtitativo de casos. Los casos serán construidos a partir de los registros de entrevistas, la revisión de expedientes, la documentación histórica, la producción cultural de cine y televisión y la producción bibliográfica. El cruce con la referencia proveniente de la casuística aportará el anclaje fundamental en el desarrollo de la producción teórica. A partir de este anclaje, el camino metodológico de esta investigación conducirá a la construcción de indicadores epocales o estructurales de la determinación del delito. Tema en Inglés: Crime between time and structure

Resumen del tema en inglés: The purpose of this project is to investigate the determination of the crime from two variables: the time and the structure. In order to make this work viable, the variables are specified, each one of them in its dimensions.From there, the methodological path will assume a type of design of this research will be descriptive and interpretive. The research categories will be exclusively qualitative in scope, while the procedures will consist of the continuous articulation between the empirical data (constituted by the case in its clinical, criminological, judicial and/or police reference) and the theoretical production.Primary and secondary sources will be used. The research will be carried out based on a qualitative case study. The cases will be constructed from interview records, file review, historical documentation, film and television cultural production, and bibliographic production.The crossing with the reference from the casuistry will provide the fundamental anchor in the development of the theoretical production. From this anchorage, the methodological path of this research will lead to the construction of epochal or structural indicators of the determination of the crime.
