La Psicología como Profesión y como Carrera: mirada de los estudiantesdesde el espacio de las Prácticas. Tramas y recorridos, problemas e intervenciones

RESUMEN

El trabajo analiza representaciones del rol del psicólogo y motivaciones de estudiantes de Psicología, sus reafirmaciones, enriquecimientos o transformaciones a lo largo de la Carrera y en el espacio de las Prácticas Profesionales. Desde el enfoque socio-cultural de la "persona-en acción-en contexto", se recorta la unidad de análisis "tramas (por) recorridos", para la formación de categorías naturales de "figuras de psicólogos" a través de "prototipos o ejemplares". Se analizan 30 entrevistas en profundidad realizadas con estudiantes que cursaron Pasantías en 2000/2001 y su consistencia con 135 Cuestionarios Motivacionales y Encuestas administrados al inicio y al final de los cursos. Se enfocan representaciones iniciales, influencias, recorridos, obstáculos y se describe el balance de la formación y de las Prácticas. Se destaca la diversidad y heterogeneidad de "figuras" halladas en la representación de cierre. Se propone profundizar el trabajo con situaciones-problema, herramientas e intervenciones.

ABSTRACT

Diversidad.Psychology as a profession and as a career: students representations from the space of the Professional Practices. Wefts and travel through, problems and interventions

The work analyses the psychologist´s role representations and the Psychology students motivations through its reaffirmations, enrichment or changes, along the studies and in the space of the Professional Practice Apprenticeship. Based on the socio-cultural theories of the "person-in action- in context", we identify the unit of analysis "weft (x) travel through", for shaping "natural categories" of "psychologists figures" through the prototypes or examples. We analyse thirty deep interviews with students of Practice Apprenticeship during 2000 and 2001 terms, and the consistence with 135 Motivational Questionnaires and Beginning and Ending Course Inquiries. We analyse initial representations, different influences, and the walking-through towards different Ending representations of Role and Personal Perspectives. We should go on with the work about problems-situations and alternative interventions, Educational Balance and Apprenticeship Evaluation.
