Un Esquema Clasificatorio para las Intervenciones en Psicoterapia Cognitiva y Psicoanalítica

RESUMEN

En el presente artículo se describe un esquema clasificatorio de intervenciones psicoterapéuticas psicoanalíticas y cognitivo-conductuales. Dicho esquema clasificatorio distingue diferentes niveles de análisis, discriminando, de este modo, las estrategias psicoterapéuticas, la estructura propia de las intervenciones, las temáticas incluidas en las intervenciones y su orientación en tiempo y espacio. Asimismo, diferencia a las intervenciones en términos de su especificidad o no a un marco teórico en particular y en términos de su implementación exclusiva o compartida entre ambos marcos de referencia. La presente clasificación fue específicamente diseñada para analizar material clínico proveniente de sesiones psicoterapéuticas. Esta herramienta está siendo desarrollada para la realizar estudios intra-sesión, sin embargo también puede ser utilizada para el estudio de procesos de tratamientos psicoterapéuticos o de sus resultados (por ejemplo, modelos de mediación y moderación, entre otras posibles aplicaciones). La sistematización de las modalidades de intervención en psicoterapia, posibilita delimitar las acciones propias de los distintos marcos teóricos así como de los posibles tratamientos a desarrollarse para las distintas patologías.

ABSTRACT

A Classificatory Schema for Psychotherapeutic Interventions in Psychoanalitic and Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy

In the present paper we describe a classificatory schema of psychoanalytic and cognitive-behavioural psychotherapeutic interventions. The schema distinguishes diverse levels of analysis, which make it possible to discriminate the psychotherapeutic strategies, the structure of the interventions, the themes addressed by the interventions and their orientation in time and space. Likewise, it differentiates the interventions in terms of their specificity or not to a theoretical framework in particular, and in terms of their exclusive or shared implementation between both frameworks (cognitive-behavioural or psychoanalytic).

The present classification was specifically designed to analyze clinical material. This tool is oriented to research that is focused in the study of intra-session; nonetheless, it can be utilized, also, for process studies of psychotherapeutic treatments and their results (for example, mediation and moderation based methodologies, among other possible applications).

The systematization of the intervening modalities in psychotherapy enables the delimitation of the specific actions that correspond to the different theoretical frameworks and the development of possible treatments for different disorders.
