Casuística y Eficacia: Dos Pilares Básicos en el Viraje Freudiano hacia la Aplicación del Método Psicoanalítico a las Neurosis de la Infancia

RESUMEN

El trabajo se propone realizar un recorrido en torno a la casuística de niños, que permita ubicar un viraje en Freud desde las objeciones que el autor encontraba para instalar el dispositivo analítico con niños, a las condiciones de su aplicación. Para ello tomaremos dos referencias básicas que enmarcan esta elaboración: el uso de la casuística y la pregunta por la eficacia. Ambas dan cuenta a nuestro entender, de la posición de Freud como investigador: nunca se sostuvo en meras especulaciones, y siempre recurrió a la constatación clínica de sus supuestos teóricos, y a la evaluación de los resultados. Trabajaremos específicamente dos casos: Hans y Arpad.

ABSTRACT

Casuistry and Effectiveness: two basic props in the Freudian Turn towards the application of the psychoanalytic method to the Neuroses of the Infancy

This work proposes to realize an exploration around the children’s casuistry, which allows to locate a turn in Freud from the objections that the author was finding to install the analytical method with children, to the conditions of application. For it we will take two basic references that frame this production : the use of the casuistry and the question for the effectiveness . Both realize to ours to deal, of Freud’s position as researcher: it was never supported in mere speculations, and always he resorted to the clinical verification of his theoretical suppositions, and to the evaluation of the results. We will work specifically two cases: Hans and Arpad.
