Empresas Recuperadas - Las Voces de las Mujeres - Perspectivas de Género

RESUMEN
Este trabajo pretende una primera aproximación al papel desempeńado por la mujer en el fenómeno de las empresas recuperadas. Indagamos en las modalidades de participación femenina, ya sea como protagonista activa en el proceso de recuperación de la fuente de trabajo o como soporte para sus compañeros trabajadores. Intentamos identificar características específicas del género en la experiencia de recuperar el trabajo a través de la lucha, teniendo en cuenta que en el fenómeno social de las empresas recuperadas la proporción de trabajadores hombres es significativamente mayor. Nos basamos en las entrevistas realizadas a mujeres y a hombres que hablan de la participación femenina en las empresas relevadas por este equipo de investigación desde el año 2003 a la fecha.

ABSTRACT
Recovered Enterprises – Women’s Voices – Gender Perspectives
In this article we present an approximation to the role of women in recovered enterprises. We inquire about the diverse forms of female participation, not only as an active character in the process of recovery of the work source but while providing support for their male counterparts. We tried to identify specific gender characteristics in the experience of work recovery throughout the struggle. It is important to consider that proportionally the number of men in recovered enterprises is much larger than the number of women. Our research is based on interviews carried out with women and men about women’s participation in the researched enterprises, from 2003 to the present.
