La eficacia de la interpretación en los modos de satisfacción pulsional

RESUMEN

El presente trabajo aborda el interés por la eficacia del psicoanálisis, frente a la exigencia por demostrar los resultados y el alcance del mismo, intentando responder a la pregunta ¿a qué llamar eficacia en psicoanálisis? ¿Cómo operar para producir efectos? ¿Y cómo pensar los efectos que se producen en un tratamiento psicoanalítico?
La eficacia pensada en el recorrido singular de una cura, nos lleva a considerar el marco transferencial y el alcance de la maniobra del analista, centrándonos en la interpretación como aquella operación analítica donde se puede situar la eficacia a partir de sus efectos, más específicamente en los modos de satisfacción pulsional. Es decir, ¿de qué manera puede la interpretación operar sobre la satisfacción pulsional?

ABSTRACT

The efficacy of interpretation in the ways of drive satisfaction

The present work tackles the interest on the efficacy of psychoanalysis, facing a demand to prove results and its effects, by trying to answer the question "What do we call efficacy in psychoanalysis? How do we operate in order to produce effects? How do we account for the effects that are produced in a psychoanalytic treatment?"
The efficacy is implied in the singular way of a cure and that leads us to considering the transference phenomenon and the reach of the analyst’s manoeuvre, by focusing on the interpretation as an analytic operation where we can locate the efficacy from its effects, more specifically in the ways of drive satisfaction. Thus, in what way can the interpretation operate on drive satisfaction?
